Design and Implementation of Strategies for Contracting, Outsourcing and Private Public Partnerships
We provide advice and guidance on the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures and related organisational issues. We draw on the lessons from the numerous assignments undertaken by team members of Red Hill that include private sector involvement contracting by governments (e.g. public private partnerships and outsourcing assignments) as well as assignments for significant private sector entities.
Business requirement studies for Contracting, Outsourcing and Private Public Partnerships
With experience in a range of feasibility studies and through collaboration from experts in the specific technical focus of projects, we support and advise clients on the viability of concepts considered in feasibility studies. We then further support clients build robust business cases that demonstrate the business imperatives for embarking on identified projects.
Procurement planning and project management
We manage, co-ordinate and support implementation of procurement, contracting and tendering projects from inception through to transition drawing on our extensive experience in the development of project briefs/ tender documentation; evaluation methodologies and criteria; assessment and analysis of submissions, and contract negotiation.
