Bruce Williamson, Managing Director
For over 20 years, Bruce Williamson has specialised in performance improvement and strategies for improved delivery of services and infrastructure for both governments and the private sectoracross a range of jurisdictions including Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Singapore.
During his tenure as head of the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance’s Outsourcing and Contract Management Unit until late 1999, Bruce shaped some of the major public sector reform initiatives especially in adopting private sector involvement to support service delivery improvement.
Since 2000, he has led and advised on key public sector reform and improvement projects pursued by governments in Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Singapore and China. Over the last fifteen years, he has personally undertaken more than twenty-five contracting, outsourcing and public private partnership projects for governments as well as a number of significant contracting/ procurement projects for private sector entities.
Gayle Gledhill, Executive Director
With over 20 years of wide ranging commercial strategic planning, market analysis and market development Gayle Gledhill has a strong track record in providing long term strategic solutions combined with effective research and analysis skills. Over the last five years, Ms Gledhill has acquired significant experience and knowledge of contracting, outsourcing and public private partnerships through her key involvement in more than ten assignments.
With professional experience in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, China and Japan, Ms Gledhill has considerable multi-jurisdictional knowledge and understanding, in particular for regulated industries. Her involvement in risk management and mitigation has ranged across a number of countries. With a track record in improving bottom line performance, Ms Gledhill has a strong marketing background, with particular skills in communication, communication strategy and tactical communication projects.
